This flight simulator demonstrates pilot induced oscillation as described in Chapter 5 of The Flaw of Averages. The idea is to maintain the speed of your glider by looking at the horizon rather than the airspeed indicator, which is lagged.

Pull back on the mouse to point the nose up, push forward to point the nose down.
